Global Myopia Symposium Inaugural Meeting Announced

AMBLER, PA – July 2020 – PentaVision, publisher of Contact Lens Spectrum and producer of the Global Specialty Lens Symposium, is excited to announce the launch of the Global Myopia Symposium (GMS) on September 25th and 26th, 2020. Originally scheduled to be held live in January 2021 in conjunction with GSLS, the GMS inaugural meeting is now virtual, allowing the content to be presented sooner. It will offer unique opportunities for attendees to better understand the myopia epidemic and how to address it, and to engage with companies providing products and technology enabling them to do so successfully.
The Global Myopia Symposium, a premier meeting solely focused on myopia and its management, will provide cutting-edge clinical information based on current research from clinicians, researchers and educators around the world. The GMS program committee members Drs. Kate Gifford, Lyndon Jones, Jason Nichols, Shalu Pal and Jeff Walline have developed a top-notch program covering myopia management principles, treatments, and practice building that will provide 8 hours of COPE-approved continuing education credits.
