Editor/Project Manager - Special Projects
This position requires a diverse skill set to produce pieces that run the gamut from clinical articles to product-specific, promotional advertorials, and everything in between. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to manage clients and work with faculty as well as be highly organized. Additional keys for success would be to have strong editing skills, a talent for multitasking and prioritizing tasks from moment to moment to manage multiple deadlines. With the position being in the Ambler office, we are also looking for someone who would be a good fit for the whole team at PV.
Sales Assistant – Temporary and Part Time (Mid-July through Mid-October)
PentaVision is seeking a polished, articulate and well-organized individual to join our team. We are a busy, sophisticated, advertising and marketing services sales environment. This individual will work from our main office in Ambler, Pennsylvania in support of a West Coast-based, outside independent sales representative, as well as our business partners. The tools we use include a customer management system (Salesforce) and software reporting solutions (SMS). This assignment includes contract and proposal generation and authorship, customer facing advertising metrics and research aggregation/delivery, territory organization including meeting follow-through and field coordination with the sales representative, collateral delivery based on lead generation programs and new account identification, order entry and advertising materials coordination.
This is a temporary, high-end sales assistant position which requires intelligence, enthusiasm, ability to work well with deadlines, multi task, and operate with a sense of urgency while achieving utmost accuracy. PentaVision is a successful, independently-owned and operated company with a highly experienced senior management team that has deep connection to the market being served.
New Business Sales Representative
PentaVision is creating a new position on the sales team. The perfect candidate for this job will be an insatiable, eager go-getter. There will be a heavy emphasis on calling, emailing, leaving voicemails, etc. to obtain new business. There is also travel involved which will require the NB sales rep to go booth to booth introducing themselves to put a face to a name in an effort to bring in additional business. There is no defined territory, and a large amount of business opportunity in the US, but if they are resourceful and confident they could be prospecting worldwide. An understanding of capturing leads, our current software, CRM’s and the internet will help this new hire to be successful.
